The personal data that are usually processed in connection with the conclusion and fulfillment of obligations under an insurance contract are the following:

  • Bank information: Bank account number;
  • Information about the subject of the insurance contract – information about work experience, professional experience, property and others;
  • Health data: information about your health condition (diagnosis, epicrisis, other health documents) provided for the purpose of presenting a proposal made for you, taking out insurance policy and claiming damages.

Administration of the insurance contract under an award contract, including but not limited to:

  • Preparation of individual or group insurance proposal;
  • Payment of due insurance premium;
  • Conclusion of an insurance contract according to pre-contractual and contractual grounds;

  • Fulfillment of rights and obligations under the contract;

  • Your personal data necessary for the conclusion of the insurance policy are provided by us to the Insurer through special software. It is possible to provide such, again in connection with the insurance contract, to the Insurer’s partners providing services to him in connection with the insurance contract. In all cases, you should familiarize yourself with the policy/rules for processing personal data of the Insurer. This is important for you.

  • In order to be able to provide you with online services that we offer, which aim to facilitate the service for our customers – checking premiums on current offers, checking all your policies, including policy installments and the ability to pay a fee, submit a notice of damage, filing a complaint, providing information about the nearest office of the company;
  • To process your payment in case you make a policy installment;
  • So that we can detect attempts to commit fraud or other crime;
  • In order to be able to send you notifications related to policy installments or expiring policies, via SMS or e-mail.
