AUTO INSURANCE
This is a voluntary insurance that provides full insurance protection of the vehicle against fire, theft, malicious acts of third parties, natural disasters, traffic accidents, including damage in a parked state and other unavoidable events leading to partial damage or complete loss of the car.
The insurance is intended for owners and users of motor vehicles with Bulgarian registration numbers.
WHAT RISKS CAN AN AUTO INSURANCE COVER?
FIRE
fire of a motor vehicle during operation or stay as a result of an accidental event
EXPLOSION
explosion of the vehicle during operation or stay as a result of an accidental event
NATURAL DISASTERS
storm, hurricane, hail, thunder and lightning, torrential rain, flood, impact of vehicles carried away by storm or hurricane, falling trees and branches due to natural disasters, action of sea waves, landslides or collapse of earth layers, accumulation or collapse of snow or ice
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
road accident from collision or impact of vehicles between them or with other movable and immovable objects (including in the parked state of the vehicle), from impact with people and animals, from obstacles on the roadway such as earth and rock masses, falling trees and branches (not as a result of natural disasters), falling objects from buildings and aircraft
DESTRUCTIVE ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES
breaking, drilling, scraping, scratching, flooding with paints or chemicals
THEFT OR ROBBERY
theft of the entire vehicle; damage caused by theft or attempted burglary; robbery of the entire vehicle

ACCIDENT
INSURANCE FOR PASSENGERS
Accident insurance for passengers in vehicles is a voluntary accident insurance intended for legal entities and individuals. The individuals – drivers of vehicles and the passengers in them are insured. The insurance provides protection against accidents that occur during boarding, traveling or getting out of the vehicle, which may have a harmful effect on your life and health.
AUTO
ASSISTANCE
This is assistance when traveling in Bulgaria and abroad for customers who have Casco Motor Insurance for cars and trucks up to 3.5 tons. It may include repatriation to the nearest authorized service center or to the place of residence (if the vehicle cannot be repaired) secure parking or garage. Depending on the insurance company, on-site repairs of the vehicle may be offered • repatriation in case of emergency • repatriation in the event of incorrect refueling • delivery of 10 liters of fuel if necessary • costs of medical assistance and transportation of the driver and passengers in case of an accident • costs of legal aid.
EXTENDED
WARRANTY
Extension of the manufacturer’s warranty in the form of Casco extended warranty motor insurance in combination with Casco Motor Insurance provides maximum insurance protection for new cars for up to 5 years from the date of their first registration. The insurance covers the risks of mechanical or electrical accidents for cars and trucks up to 3.5 tons total weight. It includes repair or replacement of defective components of the motor vehicle.
